Neomi Vembu, owner of create eNVy graphic design has over 20 years of combined skills in graphic design, illustration, web design, art direction, business development and project management.

In 1990, Neomi opened an independent graphic design studio. She created advertisements, brochures, displays, invitations, logos, posters, promotions, publications and signage for transit agencies, environmental organizations, corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations and outdoor companies.

After working through a creative agency and on staff at TriMet, a nationally recognized transit agency, Neomi formed create eNVy graphic design, hoping to merge business practicality with her passion for diversity and the environment.

In 2008 and 2009, create eNVy graphic design became a DBE certified contractor in California, Illinois and Oregon and certified as a contractor through the California Supplier’s Clearinghouse.
